The Smoking gun has the rest....

Shocking and difficult to read, to be sure.

Attending a dog fight is bad enough, really... to voluntarily attend a match, and to enjoy watching two dogs fight to the death... that's really sick. But then, to personally execute poorly performing dogs in a variety of methods... that really pegs the sicko meter...

Bad Newz Kennels was Vick's breeding operation and fighting operation. Bad News, no kidding....

I know, I know, the Duke LaCrosse Players were indicted too, and it turned out there was nothing there. I know. This is a little different, though. There's at least 4 witnesses involved, not one. There's piles of physical evidence, as opposed to none. And there's such a pattern of activity, from 2000 to April of 07, it's hard to overlook the body of evidence that is there....

And really, let's be honest here: this WHOLE THING came to light because Michael Vick's goofball nephew was the target of a DRUG investigation, when officials stumbled onto this complete dog breeding/dog training/dog fighting complex owned by Michael Vick.... duh!!! Hey, try arranging your drug deals someplace OTHER THAN the same place you host your dog fights.... duh.

If you're the NFL, can you really let this guy play?? If you're the Atlanta Falcons, can you really let this guy put on your uniform, or stand on your sidelines??? At road games, how do you get the opposing team's PA guy to stop playing "who let the dogs out" every time Vick walks out on the field???

I'm sure Clinton Portis will weigh in shortly... I mean, in Portis' mind, they're Michael's dogs, on Michael's property... if he wants to kill them, fight them, whatever, that's his business... right???

The more that comes out, the sicker it gets... I think that anonymous guy on ESPN was right, though... a lot of people have to be scared right now... If I run some other kennel, I'm petrified right now. Does anyone think for one second that Vick won't do some kind of plea deal, in exchange for some testimoney, and some naming of names?? Do you think Vick will keep his mouth shut and do some jail time, to protect some other dudes?? Give up his double-digit millions per year?? Heh heh, I kinda doubt it....

I seem to have lost my appetite. Until next time...
