Good morning!
Things are back to "normal" around here... cloudy, blasting windy, and 40 degrees... nice.
I'm seriously thinking of building a windmill.... there's 1.21 Jigawatts of power passing by me every day in the form of blasting winds, continually gusting against my patio door....
There's an Escalade EXT sitting at a local dealership, used, that they've lowered the price on twice now.... pearl white, pretty nice... good ride for a small doggie...
I told you you should be reading Richard Daughty, The Mogambo Guru, on kitco.com. An excerpt from today's column:
Such as Junior Mogambo Ranger (JMR) Tim J., who writes "Dear Mogambo, I too am angry about this inflation. The dog food which killed six of my elderly friends was up 10% from last year." Hahaha! Sublime!
Just a taste. Check it out.
Not much else is happening, really... I just found out I'm on days next week, with Saturday, over Easter weekend... just in case I was planning anything... hey now, don't plan anything.
Actually, I have another theory: the switching of my 2nd shift time to the 4 to midnight means I really never see anyone, face to face. And obviously, living alone, I don't see anyone here either. I can go days and days, literally, without seeing anyone. I think I've secretly been thrown into a weird NASA experiment, where they're testing to see how long someone can survive by themselves with only phone, internet, and email, and what debilitating psychological effects occur.... Probably working out the particulars for the 2 year mission to Mars...
Sad to say, for the right amount of money, I'd do it....
Until next time! Ruff!
